American Restaurant
Everything You ❤ About Breakfast. Mission Here at IHOP, we like to think of our social communities as extensions of our restaurants – fun, family-friendly, and all inclusive places where our Guests can interact with friends, other community members, and us. Fans are encouraged to share their comments; however, the comments and opinions posted on this page do not necessarily reflect the views, opinions, strategies or positions of IHOP. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or validity of the wall posts and comments shared by IHOP fans. Moderation With that being the case, we want to help keep these communities useful and enjoyable for all our community members. We will, at our discretion, moderate content which does not meet the standards for our communities. This includes foul and abusive language directed at individuals, hate speech, sexual and adult content, and unrelated spam content. One of the great things about social networks is their ability to foster conversation. At IHOP, we believe in the power of community and will never remove comments simply because we may not agree with their message. All comments, positive, negative, and in between, have the power to make our restaurants better and to create a better experience for the people we do it all for – you, the customer. If you have a question about our community moderation policies or practices, please feel free to ask a member of the IHOP team for an explanation by sending us a Private Message. Privacy IHOP respects your privacy. We will never ask for personal information in the open communities and will protect personal information given in Private Messages with the level of security it deserves. We will also work to reprimand those impersonating IHOP members in cases where those individuals may be identified. Community Do’s and Don’ts Facebook is one of our most-active and vibrant communities. We want all our fans to be able to have a voice in the community, so we came up with a few guidelines to make sure your content gets seen. We ask that all IHOP fans adhere to Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities. Please note that IHOP reserves the right to remove materials that are: * Obscene, defamatory, profane, abusive, harassing, disparaging, hateful or threatening * False, deceptive or misleading * Condoning or promoting illegal activity * Irrelevant or off-topic * Spam or material that links to advertisements * Intended to cause technical disruptions to this page * In violation of local, state, federal or international laws * Duplicate versions of the same message By following these guidelines, you’re doing your part to make sure every IHOP fan feels like a welcomed part of this community.
